HISTORY

In 2013, after completing 8 years and two tours in the Marine Corps, Cesar De La Cerda Jr began Troy Services with one truck and trailer leased under a Crude Oil Carrier. As a third generation truck owner, Mr. De La Cerda wanted to start a company where transparency, honesty, and integrity would be the cornerstone of how his company would conduct business.
Today, Troy services has a fleet of over 55 Trucks and Trailers and employs over 60 people.
